about

Senior Kindergarten Program is offered for children between the ages of 5 to 6 years at Beginners World. The curriculum is unique as it is thoughtfully curated to facilitate a smooth transition from preschool to a structured learning environment, setting the stage for formal school.

We are proud to offer a structured Senior Kindergarten program that focuses on important academic goals. Our program is designed to prepare your child for success in their future elementary education by building a strong foundation in pre-math skills, reading, and writing.

Our focus areas are carefully selected to ensure that your child receives a well-rounded education. We prioritize skill areas such as identifying and reading High-Frequency Words, recognizing capital and small letters, and identifying vowels and consonants. In addition, we also emphasize counting skills by teaching children to count in different ways.

We understand that education extends beyond the basics, which is why we also introduce topics such as days of the week, months of the year, introduction to addition and subtraction, note values, and patterns. This allows your child to develop a broad range of knowledge and skills that will benefit them throughout their academic journey.

Our program also includes a review of numbers 1 to 200 as well as number names 1 to 50. This ensures that your child is confident in their mathematical abilities and has a strong foundation for future learning.

At BW Preschool, our goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. We are committed to ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and support in their learning journey. We are confident that our Senior Kindergarten program will help your child achieve academic success and thrive.
